Quality Management System

HPC - QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (QMS)
HPC’s Quality Management System is a set of policies, processes and procedures required for planning and execution (production/development/service) in the core business area of our company (i.e., areas that can impact our company's ability to meet customer requirements).
METHODOLOGY STATEMENT
A method statement needs to be written before the job begins. But it should also be written after a risk assessment is carried out. This is because a method statement addresses any hazard identified in the risk assessment and explains how those hazards can be controlled while the job is being carried out.
INSPECTION TEST PLAN (ITP)
An Inspection Test Plan is a commonly required document often submitted with a construction quality control plan. This document details exactly what inspections and tests will be performed to control quality on your project.
We are able to supply paint specifications and ITPs for our clients, and our NACE qualified
paint inspectors are able to provide written documentation upon completion of works
QA/QC
QA/QC is the combination of quality assurance, the process or set of processes
used to measure and assure the quality of a product, and quality control,
the process of ensuring products and services meet consumer
expectations.
